"We have checked with our Home Education Inspector and neither he nor anyone in the Education Welfare Service have taken part in a consultation so there is nothing to provide from Leicester City Council. However, the Inspector does return figures of how many children we have in the LA who are educated otherwise than at school. If this information would be of use to you please let me know and I will collate it for you.
