In response to a request for a copy of the LA response to the DCSF consultation on home education guidelines to local authorities, the following was received:

"After making all reasonable enquiries to find this information we unfortunately have not kept a record of this ever being returned to the Dfes. May I suggest that you make a further request to the Dfes for the information."
