One: erm... what was that we said?
In response to a freedom of information request from a Suffolk resident the council replied:
"... Suffolk did complete a response, which was submitted to the DCSF, but we do not now hold a copy of it."
Suffolk continue with the generous news that they will give permission for DCSF to release the response, and a reminder that all their stuff is copyright by the way; except for personal research and news reporting. AHEd wiki counts as news reporting. So the news is ... Suffolk is the second council we have heard of who don't keep a copy of what they have said, so can't tell their electorate. They know they said something. They just don't know what it was. May they rely on your vote one Thursday?
Lets hope DCSF can help Suffolk residents to find out what their council has said ... watch this space! (Another) one of our intrepid and determined detectors is on the case!
